Job Title: Investment Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research of targeted industries for pre- investment analysisPerform valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities under consideration, including the assessment of financial, legal, political and socio-economic risksStudy industry trends for local and global markets as well;Create and prepare investment materials, including presentations, investment memorandums and regular investment performance reportsPrepare necessary investment documents in compliance with internal investment mandates;
Requirements:
Degree holder with major and/or professional qualifications in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration,Accounting, Law or related subjects2-3 years' experience in finance or accounting function with involvement in the investment analysis and decision-making processPrevious experience in private equity fund preferredSelf-motivated and versatileExcellent analytical and information searching capabilityExcellent presentation skills Pay attention to detailsWilling to work with people and other colleagues as a teamWilling to travelGood communication skills and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
